A little bit about us.

Agility Acoustics are an independent team of noise, vibration and acoustics experts with a combined experience of over 25 years.

Our knowledge and experience of the planning and regulatory systems has helped our clients gain planning approval for new residential developments, control industrial plant and equipment noise to an acceptable level, determine the minimum acoustic specifications for building elements, and help protect workforces against the irreversible hearing damage.

By continued memberships to the Institute of Acoustics and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, and UK Acoustic Network we're able to stay abreast of technical advances in environmental noise and building acoustics, comply with the latest national planning policy, guidance, and standards.

Free Initial Consultations.

Whilst at first glance any project might seem relatively straight-forward, we recognise that no two projects are ever the same, and that noise, acoustics and vibration can present a very complex range of issues.

With every new enquiry, we will provide a free initial consultation so that we understand your strategic objectives, project and site constraints, past work (which is particularly important for planning assessments). Whilst it might seem like we're offering something for free, this allows us to provide a formal proposal that meets the needs of the project, and allow for some extra input should any issue arise after starting work on your project.

Our clients often benefit from this consultation, as it allows us to identify potential issues that are out of sight of the inexperienced, or sometimes have been missed during a scoping exercise. We might even find cost and time savings at this stage too!

No-obligation Proposals.

We strive to be transparent in everything we do. So, if you need to know how much it'll cost for us to work with you, your design team, your architect, your planning consultant or any other stakeholder, you simply need to get in touch, talk us through your project, and as soon as we have all the relevant information, we'll send you a formal, no-obligation quotation for your consideration.

If you're in a rush, you can always call our head office and one of our consultants will give you an estimate cost of any noise assessment, sound insulation testing, or workplace noise risk assessments. In some cases, especially for more complex development proposals or complaints investigations, it might not be possible to give you a verbal estimate. In any event, you should get in touch and see how we can help!

Social Responsibility

For EVERY new project we completed for new or existing clients, we will commit to providing a minimum of 1 hour to a local charity, good cause, or other support group or network that needs a helping hand. We'll absorb all the costs, and usually accumulate a minimum of 4hrs to each good cause.

We'll make sure that we let the world know about it, tag you/your company in any public posts (like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), because after all, its only with your help that we can make these things possible!
